Neil McGown - Executive Chef and Proprietor
Neil McGown thrives off cooking! This is his passion and you can certainly taste that in his dishes! Neil and his wife Lesley used to have a restaurant in Sussex called "Trumps" which they owned and ran together for 6 years, when they decided to move to Scotland in 1989 and bought East Haugh House, and truly turned it in to a cullinary experience!
Neils food is truly magical, he has a talent like no other!
At the 2009 Scottish Hotel Awards Neil scooped the ‘Chef Medaille d'Or for Dinner Excellence’ award.
Krzysztof Krerowicz
Krzysxtof has been working with us at East Haugh for almost a year and a half, he has brought a lots of great Idea and dishes to our menus, he has worked very close with Neil learning from him. Chris has headed up the kitchen for a number of months now taking on the position of Sous Chef with such pride and putting everything in to it!
Ewan Hinch
Ewan was working with last year then went away to Australia for a few months to travel , he then came back to study at Perth College learning to become a chef, he does 2 days a week at college and 5 day working as our commis chef, he has great drive and is learning fast.

Steven Hart
Steven has just joined the team, coming for The Hinds Head in Bray, having being trained by Heston Blumenthal he will bring so much knowledge to all of us. We are very excited to have him here and to see some weird and wonderful dishes!
