We will follow government advice and reopen as soon as we have been informed to do so. We will keep you informed about this via our website and social media platforms.

EAST HAUGH HOUSE HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
Any deposits paid, can be used towards a future reservation.
We recommend that guests wishing to cancel existing bookings refer to the terms of any Travel Insurance or Credit/Debit Card insurance that they may have in place. We would be happy to provide duplicate copies of receipted invoices if required.
The hotel is reviewing the situation on a weekly basis and we will provide further updates, contact guests where necessary to discuss their reservations.

GUESTS CANCELLING THIRD-PARTY BOOKING
For a third-party booking (booking through online travel agents such as Booking.com / Expedia etc.), cancellation must be made directly with the third party. Please contact their customer support team to process a booking cancellation, before the arrival date. The support teams will seek confirmation from the hotel before processing your request. The property is NOT authorised to cancel and unable to provide refunds for any third-party reservations.
While closed we will be completing a total antibacterial deep clean of the entire hotel as a precautionary measure.
