SAMPLE PROGRAMME OF EVENTS
To celebrate the New Year we are offering a 3 night break from 30th December to 1st January inclusive (or any 3 nights of 30th, 31st, 1st and 2nd)
30th December
Arrive at your leisure and join us for cocktails and canapés served in the bar from 7.30pm followed by dinner in the restaurant.
31st December
Full Scottish Breakfast is served from 8.30 – 9.30pm and then the day is yours to take in the local scenery, visit a distillery and reminisce on the past year. If there is snow at Glenshee, (45 minutes drive) an excellent chance for a days skiing!
Our New Year’s Eve dinner starts form 7.30pm with dinner reservations available up to 9.30pm. Dress code is preferably black tie for the gentlemen and evening dress for the ladies.
After dinner, the Restaurant is cleared to see in the New Year to the sound of Big Ben and the pipes and then its party time!
(No live band).
We have been known in the past to have sledging races down the drive in full highland dress @ 4am so expect a fun night!
1st January
New Year’s Day brunch is served from 11.00am – 12.00 with a glass of Bucks Fizz! Join in the New Year’s Day street party in Pitlochry from 1.00pm. It is great fun with live music – last year we did a strip the willow the entire length of the high street! A delicious Roast Dinner is served in the restaurant from 7.30pm
2nd January
Full Scottish Breakfast is served from 9.00 – 10.00am and then fond farewells and memories of your New Year celebrations.

• Rates are per person for 3 nights to include all the above and are based on 2 people sharing a double / twin room.
• All prices include VAT @ 15 %.
• A 10% service charge is added to all final bills for Hogmanay.
• All our rooms are individually designed. Due to the age of the building, some rooms are slightly smaller than others & are priced accordingly.
Main Hotel- all 3 four posters have double ended Jacuzzi baths and showers:

Family Rooms:in the main hotel so Ideal for family with 2 children :Double room & Twin room with interconnecting doors, with Shared Bathroom between the 2 rooms with large Jacuzzi bath- £495.00 per adult in the double bedded room, £25 per child bed and breakfast in the twin room.These rooms are set on their own floor so very private. Fully Booked.
Bothy Annexe: all Annexe rooms have en suite baths or showers

We have limited availability for single occupancy of small rooms only & these will be charged at full double occupancy rate.
Victorian Gate Lodge:
Two spacious double/twin rooms with open fires, shared period bathroom, cosy sitting room with log burning stove, fully fitted farmhouse-style kitchen, ample parking. Sleeps 4 with option for fold-down bed for child in sitting room.
£1995. 00 three-night package for four people including all the festivities and fun at the hotel for a 3 night stay.
Woodlands Cottage:
Self-catering cottage, 5 miles south of the hotel, with three large double/twin bedrooms (one with third bed) and three bathrooms (two en-suite and one family), large lounge with wrap-round conservatory and dining area. Stunning views of the Tay valley. Sleeps 8/9 (using the sofa bed in sitting room) with option for extra beds for children @ £20 per bed. Guests from Woodlands are welcome to join us for the Hogmanay Dinner (£89.95 + 10% service charge) and see in the New Year.
£695 per week at Christmas £1400 for Hogmanay.
Booking Conditions:
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Payment in full is required by 1st December. All payments should be by personal cheque or cash and are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
There is a 3% commission charge on credit cards only.
We do advise taking out holiday insurance to cover unavoidable cancellations and we can arrange this on request for a nominal fee. Well worth it!
Children: Children sharing parents’ rooms in either a fold down bed or cot are charged at £25.00 per night to include breakfast. Other meals charged as taken although young children are not included in the Hogmanay Dinner. They can have children’s tea and be put to bed before the festivities begin.
