Perthshire is one of the world's most famous areas for Salmon fishing with the 119 mile River Tay world renowned for its salmon fishing beats. But come here and discover some of the lesser known gems that Perthshire has to offer too. Highland Perthshire has so much more to offer the angler. From salmon fishing to sea trout and brown trout to rainbow trout, not forgetting coarse fishing for grayling, pike, perch and roach - all the fishing which makes Scotland and this area world famous - challenging fishing set amid stunning scenery.
So - situated a few yards from the Tummel & only a few miles from the Tay, East Haugh is the ideal base for fishing breaks and holidays in Scotland. As well as excellent salmon, wild brown trout fishing is available on the river and on beautiful hill lochs in the area.
We have access to many beats on both rivers, with excellent fly & spinning water.
River Tay : Upper & Lower Kinnaird, Murthly, Newtyle, Stenton, Dalguise, Upper Dunkeld, Edradynate & many more.
River Tummel: West Haugh & Dunfallandy, East Haugh & Moulinearn. There is also the River Garry which flows into the Tummel & is a much smaller river.
